literary imprints

Phyllis Ewen, Randy Garber, Judy Haberl, Nona Hershey, Marilyn Pappas, Alyson Schultz, Jill Slosburg-Ackerman, Randal Thurston and Ann Wessmann  present Literary Imprints at storefront art projects. These nine very different artists are currently in a book group that began over 40 years ago. They have read a range of authors from Annie Proulx, Louise Erdrich, and Salmon Rushdie to Charlotte Brontë and Henry James. They meet every 6 weeks or so, to share a meal and discuss the books, their interpretations, and their own ideas and beliefs. This multimedia show of book-inspired imagery will be on view through May 31.
