yardart 2026 (6th annual!)
April 4 - 25, 2026
The city of Watertown isn't doing a town-wide Yardart this spring, so we've gone rogue. This is storefront art projects’ 6th Annual Yardart show!
See Paul Angiolillo’s painted wood sculptures of pencils and pants, Cat Bennett’s mixed media book paintings, Donna Calleja's marvelous still lifes, E.Drumm Design’s fanciful painted wood and pewter wall sculptures, Paul Cary Goldberg’s haunting pigment prints, Dianne Jenkins’ people and her NEW artist’s books, Leslie Sills' captivating paintings of children, Maggie Stern's stitched old masters and ceramic figures, and Ellen Wineberg's mixed media paintings and collage.
We hope you can visit this annual Springtime show on Spring St.!

“From April 4-25, Watertown art gallery Storefront Art Projects is hosting Yard Art 2026, and attendees of the opening reception enjoyed art as well as a musical performance.
The gallery hosted a reception on April 4, which included a performance from the Brass Band from New England Conservatory.
Gallery director Ellen Wineberg said the musical accompaniment was an unplanned addition to the reception.
‘Paul Cary Goldberg who is in the show and lives in Gloucester was in his early morning Caffe Sicilia when the whole band walked in,’ Wineberg said. ‘They had been scheduled to give a concert in Rockport, but there was a roof leak at the venue and it was cancelled. So he called me and we scheduled them to come play in Watertown instead.’”
